Tee Time Policy

Day-of bookings are now available
Only 1 tee time per day can be made online
Tee times for Season Ticket Holders can be made 3 days in advance starting at 7 a.m.
Tee times for Non-Season Ticket Holders can be made 2 days in advance starting at 7 a.m.
Only 1 tee time per day can be made online
If your tee time is affected by a frost delay, your tee time will be canceled.
Single players can only book a tee slot if there is a 2-some or a 3-some already booked in a tee slot.
To schedule an 18-hole tee time, players must email the Fresh Pond Golf Course Pro Shop at freshpondgolf@cambridgema.gov

Tee Time Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a tee time or reduce the number of players in your group, you must do so at least 2 hours before your scheduled tee time via email. If you do not cancel at least 2 hours before your scheduled tee time, you will be charged a no show fee of $25 dollars per player. If your scheduled tee time is earlier than 8 a.m., you must cancel it by 6 p.m. the day before.

Online Cancellation Process

Cancel Your Tee Time

Enter the Confirmation Number for each member of your group that you would like to cancel and your Tee Time (“Tee Time of Slot”). This information is included on the Tee Time Confirmation receipt sent to your email.)
Note: If you are canceling for your whole group, you will need to enter each person’s individual confirmation number.
You will be prompted to enter your credit card information on the following page.
You will receive a confirmation email that your Tee Time or player reduction has been processed.

These policies apply to all players, including Season Pass Holders. Any tee time not canceled according to the policy outlined above will be charged the Greens Fee for the amount of players not canceled.
